amongs its inventory of music and entertainment publications. DJO and its affiliate, Cinema without Borders, agree to provide NYLA with articles pertaining to international cinema for future issues.

website, BBC Online, reports on the NYLA September 9, 2005 - More than 1,500 people attended the sold-out NYLA Magazine Launch Party at the Henry Fonda Theater/Music Box in Hollywood, California. The event included a special performance by Warner Music artist Arash featuring Rebecca, as well as appearances by celebrity guests Kanye West, Petey Pablo, National Product, Antonio Leon, Kamyar of the Black Cats and more. A portion of the event's proceeds were donated to the American Red Cross/Hurricane Katrina Relief Fund (redcross.org). For pictures from the Launch, check out the photo gallery. |
