While
her older brother, based in Las Vegas, is busy making dance records
and touring the world as a Top250 Dj (DJMag.com 2006/2007) in the
electronic music world, 25-year-old San Jose State University graduate
MAHSHEED keeps spinning heads as one of Sin City’s
hottest real estate agents. Literally.
Born
in Baton Rouge, Louisiana but reared in San Jose, California, the
5-foot, 4-inch scorpio graduated college at the age of 21 and moved
to Nevada with sibling Faarsheed (yes, that Faarsheed) to pursue
the plethora of business opportunities afforded by America’s
fastest growing city. A stint working with her brother at her father’s
successful car business led to her passion for real estate, and
soon piqued in her using her earnings to purchase her first home
before she was 22.
When
she’s not racking up home and condo sales, Mahsheed enjoys
traveling, kickboxing, running, cooking Persian food (her favorite
dish is tahcheen, and she makes a mean ghormeh sabzi) and checking
out her brother tear up virtually every every national hotspot,
from Jet Las Vegas to Space Miami ahsheed has been single as long
as she can remember - she has a special "someone" right
now but has never had a bona fide boyfriend – but it’s
by choice. Think about it: Who wouldn’t want a hot chick that
owns three homes, drives a Hummer, looks amazing in glasses and
is a big San Francisco 49ers football fan?
But
hold up, fellas. You might have to go through big bro to get to
get to her. “Faarsheed’s not your typical ‘DJ,’”
explains Mahsheed. “He’s got a computer science degree
(big bro went to UNLV) and is the smartest, most talented and most
honest guy I’ve known in my life. He’s amazing, and
was always the one who pushed me to pursue my real estate license.
I am who I am because of my brother and my family too.”
Mahsheed
will be featured in the August issue of 944 magazine in a spread
about realtors in Las Vegas that use alternative and innovative
means of marketing (i.e., networking on MySpace and at bars and
clubs) to expand their business.
